What is Aptos Engage Europe?
Aptos Engage Europe is an annual conference for current users or prospects of Aptos retail solutions and other members of the Aptos ecosystem. It brings our retail clients together with our executives, account managers, solution representatives and technology partners, as well as industry analysts and invited guests, for two days of education sessions, discussions, presentations and networking focused on Aptos solutions, retail transformation and industry best practices.
When and where will Engage Europe 2018 be held?
Aptos Engage Europe will be held Wednesday, 20 June – Thursday, 21 June, 2018 at Etc.Venues County Hall, Westminster Bridge, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 7PB.

Who should attend Engage Europe?
Aptos Engage is designed primarily for users of Aptos or TXT Retail solutions seeking to extend the value of their investments and enhance their retail business performance along with retailers who are not currently Aptos or TXT Retail customers, looking to find out more about what we do and how we can help their retail businesses grow, or be more efficient in the future.
Conference sessions and opportunities are suited to both technical and business professionals.

How do I register?
Is there a registration fee?
For retailers there is no fee to attend the conference, full admission to Engage Europe and all its sessions and events, including daily meals, drinks receptions, and featured entertainment are all free.
The only thing that incurs a cost is overnight accommodation if you wish to stay, but this is not essential. We have negotiated an exclusive delegate hotel rate at the Marriot County Hall and Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, which are both a minutes’ walk from the venue. Are you accepting speaker applications?
Yes. Engage Europe is designed to enable the exchange of information and best practices among Aptos retailers and other members of our community. As such, we encourage retailers to participate in panel discussions or to lead individual sessions, and we offer registration discounts to those who do.

Can I bring a colleague to Engage Europe?
Yes. But please ask them to register for a space as places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The attire for Engage Europe is business casual. Dress code for the Engage Europe Networking and Awards Dinner is smart casual/cocktail.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event that I cannot attend?
Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Samantha Hargreaves.
